Most of the time I heard something and would like to find a credible references on whether it happened and what was the situation. We are looking for something potentially out of context and therefore making a headlines without real reason. Or it can be simple fact then needs a reference. The communication with the agent should be simple and concise : I state the probable fact or situation and agent finds the references and provide short comment about the surrounding situation.
